This Return policy sets out how Neutralise ( uses and protects any information that you give us when you visit or use our website.


Please note Neutralise ’s Return Policy is bound by the following terms and conditions:

·         If you feel you have received a product which is not as shown on the site, you can return it. For this, you need to visit the return my order page to generate your free returns label

·         Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we have extended our returns period to 20 days. On normal days, you need to return the product within 10 days

·         Any product being returned must be returned unwashed and with the tags unbroken and intact. Any returned product that does not meet this criteria will not be eligible for any refunds/exchange. We will not refund products that have the tags removed

·         Any items returned back to us with stains or signs of wear that have not been reported will not be accepted or exchanged

·         Any tights where the clear packaging has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not apply for bottom-ware

·         We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving your returned package. We send you an automated email, of confirmation of your return / exchange

·         Once processed, refunds can take up to 5 working days to be reaccredited to your original payment method

·         Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

·         All exchanges are subject to stock availability as per your request.

·         All exchanges will be dispatched on our standard 2-3 shipping service

·         We do not refund any postage charges on orders. You need to pay the postage charge in all refunds, exchanges

·         If you use a postal service other than our free returns label, then unfortunately we cannot reimburse this cost
